Our Factory Manager, Mr.Xu has been working in the board manufacturing industry for more than 30 years and manages a team of more than 60 Board Crafters that each have more than 10 years experience in board shaping and crafting. That’s over 200 years of collective knowledge!
Surfboard Laminating Room is a room or area used for making surfboards. In this room, workers use laminates and materials to combine foam core boards with fiberglass cloth to form a sturdy surfboard surface. In this process, workers need to pay attention to temperature, humidity and air flow to ensure the stability and quality of laminating quality. Surfboard Polish Room
Surfboard Polish Room is a room or area for polishing and coating newly made or restored surfboards. In this room, workers polish surfboard surfaces either by machine or hand to remove any blemishes, poorly streamlined, uneven or irregular surfaces. The Surfboard Polish Room is an essential part of the surfboard manufacturing process.
After the surfboard is polished and coated, it’s time for packing and quality checking. In the packing process, the surfboards are carefully wrapped in protective material to ensure their safe arrival at their destination. This may include bubble wrap, cardboard, or foam padding depending on the shipping method and distance.
Overall, the packing and quality checking step is crucial to ensure that the surfboard arrives safely and meets the customer’s expectations.
